Provide data solutions - MTC information systems staff support approximately 9,500 computers on 95 servers in a wide-area network and provide on-site training. MTC programmers also develop systems to solve data collection, storage, and reporting needs.

Keep the workplace safe and secure – MTC’s comprehensive loss control program provides a safe work environment for employees, students, and offenders. All employees are trained in safe work practices with the leadership of on-site safety specialists and corporate experts.

Make connections with the community - MTC’s corporate communications staff members implement strategies for building partnerships with the community through community boards, open houses, elected officials, and community service projects. Media relations and crisis communication plans are prepared and used as needed. Customer and community support is strong at MTC facilities.

All supervisors attend comprehensive training programs to improve workplace communication.
