Managing Your Health
MTC is committed to providing its employees and their family members with quality benefit options. MTC understands and accepts its responsibility to deliver the information and tools necessary to allow each employee to make informed health decisions.

MTC employees have a choice of medical coverage plans which include dental, vision and prescription drug benefits. Most MTC site locations offer a medical plan with an employer funded health reimbursement account and a dental plan. The employer provided HRA pays 100% of eligible medical expenses up to the HRA's limit and then pays a percentage of charges, subject to an annual deductible. Preventive care is covered at 100%, up to the plan's allowable amount. The dental plan features a deductible and coinsurance amount, depending on the service provided.

Providing You Financial Security
MTC's basic life, accident and disability insurance plans provide employees and their families with financial protection. The company pays the entire premium cost. Employees requiring additional coverage have the option to purchase it at discounted group rates.

Planning for Your Retirement
MTC also offers a retirement 401(k) savings plan to all part and full-time employees. Participation is made easy through payroll deductions. Employees are also welcome to roll funds into the MTC 401 (k) program from a previous employers' qualified plan at any time.

Rewards and Recognition
MTC believes in rewarding employees for minimal use of sick leave through a Wellness Incentive Program. Healthy employees can earn additional vacation days through the plan each year.

MTC also recognizes and appreciates its employees who continue to work hard and strive for the goals of MTC. Employees are honored as they reach 5, 10, 15, and 20 etc. year employment milestones.
