| Background: |
MTC entered into contract with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in April, 2007 to house 1,921 low-risk adult, male inmates. This resulted in the addition of 827 beds through an aggressive construction project that was completed November 1, 2007. The facility is owned by Garza County and leased by MTC.
