| Background: |
The Kyle Correctional Center is an In-Prison Therapeutic Community and a Parole Modification facility, housing TDCJ parole-ready and parole-modification offenders. This is a six month program and is set as a condition of the offenders' parole. The five year contract to operate the Kyle Correctional Center was awarded to MTC on September 1, 2005. |

During their stay at the facility, a variety of programs are provided to enhance each offender's ability to be successful upon release. These programs include:
