MTC took over operation of the North Coast Correctional Treatment Center in July 2001. The facility houses minimum custody inmates who are in need of drug and alcohol treatment services. Our client, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, is a recognized leader in correctional programs. |

This facility is accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA) in August 2002, reaccredited in May 2005, and is up for another reaccredidation in May of 2008.
North Coast Correctional Treatment Facility also obainted CEA accreditation in 2003, and was reaccredited in 2006.
NCCTF was also the first "Success for Life" accredited facility.

| About Grafton: |
Located 21 miles southwest of Cleveland, Grafton was settled in 1817. The town began to grow when the railroad was built in 1846. This largely rural community is now home to more than 3,300 residents. |
