Active IQC Contracts

MTC International is committed to contributing to economic growth and development, private sector development, stabilization, and addressing the needs of youth and other vulnerable populations. MTC provides a complete range of services in all aspects of workforce development and welcomes collaboration with donors, international development organizations, governments, non-profit organizations, and service providers.

Name: International Rule of Law Technical Assistance Services IQC
Donor: United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
Partner: Millennium DPI Partners
Year Awarded: 2013

This Rule of Law IQC will provide USAID’s Bureau of Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance and its missions' programs support in the area of new or ongoing legal reform assistance initiatives. MTC will provide services in the area of police reform, prison reform, and vocational training.

 


 

Name: Focus On Results: Enhancing Capacity Across Sectors in Transition II – Participant Training (FORECAST II – Participant Training) IQC
Donor: United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
Partner: Dexis Consulting Group
Year Awarded: 2012

The purpose of this IQC is to provide participant training, exchange visitor and education interventions, workforce development, and youth program services, from design through implementation and evaluation. Dexis Consulting was awarded this contract and MTC will partner with Dexis to provide training in workforce development as task orders are issued.
 

 


 

Name: Criminal Justice Program Support
Donor: United States Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs
Partner: Justice Services International
Year Awarded: 2011

The Criminal Justice Program Support (CJPS) is an indefinite quantity contract and criminal justice sector development program with the U.S. State Department Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). MTC was awarded this contract and will partner with Justice Services International to provide training of correctional officers and criminal justice support. 

 


 

Name: Architect & Engineer Infrastructure Services
Donor: United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
Partner: Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) Global
Year Awarded: 2008

In late 2008, Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) Global was one of five teams awarded a Global Architect - Engineer Infrastructure Services Indefinite Quantity Contract with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). MTC is the training partner for MHW Global. This IQC includes requests for task order proposals for engineering projects around the world. MTC assists the team with training and educational consulting.

 


 

Name: Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
Donor: Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
Partner: Creative Associates International
Year Awarded: 2007

As a partner and subcontractor to Creative Associates International, MTC has been awarded a contract by The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to provide technical expertise and consulting for education and training projects around the world. The contract start date was June 1, 2007 and includes one base year with four option years. The award is a blanket purchase agreement under which MCC can issue call orders for specific work assignments. MTC works closely with Creative Associates to respond to call orders as they are presented. 

 

In 2007, the United States signed a pact with the country of Mongolia committing $285,000,000 in U.S. grant aid to that country through MCC. Partnering with Creative Associates, MTC provided vocational and technical consultation to the government there. MTC consultants worked in Mongolia in 2007 and 2008.
