The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy’s UAW-LETC Advanced Training Program and AAMCO Transmissions, Incorporated partnership provides AAMCO certified employees. Part of the UAW-LETC training will prepare the student for ASE certification. Over 90% of graduates are offered jobs in the automotive industry.
Ohio Valley Marine, Incorporated entered into a partner ship with the Earle C. Clements Job Corps to train young men and women to work as deckhands on inland waterways. Graduates can expect excellent wages and opportunities for advancement.
YRC Worldwide/Roadway joined the Earle C. Clements Job Corps team to produce skilled commercial truck drivers who may obtain quality employment. The 16 week intense program is divided into four levels of instruction. Teamster Union benefits are available for qualifying graduates.
The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy offers students college degrees and certifications through Henderson Community College in Henderson, Kentucky and Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, Illinois. Students receive financial assistance advice and professional guidance in the participating college programs, including Licensed Practical Nurse.
The Union County Board of Education is in partnership with the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy providing students a quality high school diploma program. Graduates receive a diploma from Victory Technical High School, Union County Board of Education.
