The center was recognized by Senator Mike DeWine for its participation in the 21st Century Workforce Summit, hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor.
The center has developed a partnership with Miami Valley Housing Opportunities Incorporated, the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority. The Miami Valley Housing Opportunities Incorporated provides students the opportunity to apply and learn new skills though participation in the renovation of historic structures. The chamber provides networking and placement opportunities with member organizations. The RTA provides work-based learning sites and training for business technologies students.
