Springdale Job Corps Center has established a partnership with Providence Portland Medical Center. Students participate in facility tours and informational interviews to become acquainted with working conditions, settings, and expectations for Electrical, Business Tech, Culinary, Protective Services and Health Occupations trades. The Providence Security Staff visit Springdale Job Corps to provide security training for Protective Services students.
Springdale Job Corps Center has established a partnership with REACH Community Development, an area non-profit which provides low income housing. Electrical training students help to maintain the properties while practicing wiring and other facility maintenance skills. Business Technology students participate in work based learning in REACH offices.
