Job Seeker Information
MTC Works provides quality and value-added customer service to job seekers who access the WorkSource Northwest Oregon Centers. Job seekers are provided with workforce development services to broaden and upgrade their employability skills. They also develop impressive resumes, learn effective job search skills, and enhance interviewing and follow-up skills.
MTC Works is committed to assisting anyone motivated and willing to improve their employment situation. This includes both unemployed and under-employed clients. MTC Works clients are frequently:
- Employed, but needing skill upgrades
- Homeless
- Low income
- Pregnant
- Recently laid off
- Seeking a high school diploma
- Single parents
- Young adults (ages 14 to 21)
