Celeste McDonald has been named the new Vice President of Government & Community Relations. McDonald has worked for MTC since July 1990. For the past four years she has served as the Potomac Job Corps Center Director in Washington DC. “I am excited to return to the MTC corporate office and look forward to this new challenge,” McDonald said.

The new Vice President of Information Systems is Rich Skeen. Skeen began his MTC career as Finance & Administration Director at the Clearfield Job Corps Center in 1989. Most recently he has been the corporation's Senior Director of Information Systems. “MTC has provided me with many opportunities to learn and develop over the past 15 years,” Skeen said. “I am grateful for the confidence our board of directors has placed in me.”

And overall he has worked 22 years in corrections marketing, operations and business development. “Throughout my career in corrections, MTC has unquestionably provided me with the greatest opportunities for personal and professional growth,” Murphy said. “I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.”

The fourth MTC vice president named this week is Dawn Call, the corporation's new Vice President & General Counsel. Call has served as corporate counsel since April 2003. “MTC is involved in so many different types of contracts and legal issues that it makes this position very interesting,” Call said.
