MTC Customer Service Survey Results Improve
MTC and FMM / MTC Medical employees working at facilities across the United States are reporting improved customer service from the MTC Corporate office. Those are the findings of a recently completed survey.
The MTC corporate office is now more than halfway through its yearlong effort to improve service to itself, to its Job Corps and Corrections divisions, and to its FMM / MTC Medical employees.
Survey results released last summer indicated field employees are generally quite satisfied with corporate service. However, corporate employees have made it their goal to improve those numbers even more.
The survey rates service as follows: 1= poor, 2=fair, 3=good and 4=excellent. These are the scores MTC and FMM / MTC Medical employees in the field have given the corporate office in surveys conducted last June and December
