New Mexico’s Otero County Prison Facility officers and employees were honored in early May, when administrators recognized them during National Correctional Workers Week.

Luncheons were provided over a period of two days so all employees could participate.

Warden James Frawner and Warden Susan Payne prepared the brisket for the staff.  The facility’s kitchen staff also prepared side dishes of potato salad, pasta salad and beans – as well as beautiful cakes for dessert. 

The Otero County Prison Facility is near the southern border of New Mexico, just a few miles north of El Paso, Texas.
