In 2006, MTC provided training to 42 of the key executive staff of the African Development Bank (AfDB), temporarily located in Tunis, Tunisia.  MTC was invited to bid from a short list of 6 competitive institutions located in 6 different countries.  MTC won the bid in December of 2005 and provided services within one month.  A 250 page manual of 18 training modules was custom designed for the bank, including materials for organizational development and training.  All materials were translated into French and provided in CD format.  Classes were taught in English and French.  MTC received a 97% satisfaction rating from the staff and was cited as providing excellent and innovative training sessions.  Work has begun to translate the curricula into other languages.

In November 2006- January 2007, MTC assisted Creative Associates with a UNICEF project in Sudan.  Working with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, MTC provided vocational expertise for the writing of education policy briefs for the Government of Southern Sudan (GOSS).  The team conducted Focus Groups and Situational Analysis for state and community stakeholder input in Juba, Rumbek and Maridi, Sudan.  Policy Briefs were written for vision, organization, funding and regulation of the new education programs.
