Happy holidays! 
As the year ends, I want to thank each of you for your hard work. With your help, we were able to assist tens of thousands of at-risk individuals improve their lives, confront challenges from the past and discover new paths for the future. 
In 2022, we focused on Fit for Life – both for ourselves and for the people we serve. The foundation for success in anything is a healthy body. I hope you will each continue new practices for nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being. 
In 2023, we are going to build on healthy bodies, and focus on gratitude, our environment and inclusion. We will show our gratitude to the students and residents we serve, our communities and each other. We will take on new projects to improve the environment in our community, and make sure every learner in our classrooms feels welcome and included.
