Together, We Can Achieve Remarkable Things: Second Trimester Recap of MTC’s “Better Together” Initiative

At the end of the second trimester of MTC’s “Better Together” initiative, MTC President Dan Marquardt has a message to share with all MTC staff.

“I wanted to take a moment to extend my gratitude for your remarkable commitment during the second trimester of our ‘Better Together’ initiative: Improving the Environment. Your dedication has truly shined as we united to make a positive impact on our environment.

“From our Job Corps centers to correctional facilities and detention centers, your efforts have been nothing short of inspiring. The environmentally conscious projects that you completed are making a real difference at our facilities and in our communities.

“In addition, our corporate staff championed environmental initiatives that exemplify our dedication to a better world. I’m referring to our park clean-up, printing initiative, and migration to drought-resistant grass.

“The collective impact of your hard work showcases the incredible power of unity and purpose. It’s clear that when we come together, we can achieve remarkable things.

“Let’s carry this momentum forward as we embark on the next phase of our journey, knowing that our shared efforts can continue to make a lasting impact.”
