“We’re Better Together”: Third Trimester Focus on Strengthening Communities

At the beginning of the third trimester of MTC’s “Better Together” initiative, MTC President Dan Marquardt has a message to share with all MTC staff.

“As we celebrate our successes from the second trimester of our ‘Better Together’ program, I’m excited to share a glimpse of what lies ahead for us in the third trimester.

“This next phase is all about building communities through diversity, equity, and inclusion, or DEI. It’s a journey that’s close to our hearts, and I’m thrilled to see us take a bold step forward together.

“Our vision is to foster an environment where every voice is heard, every perspective valued, and every individual experience validated. It’s about celebrating our differences and leveraging them as strengths to create a stronger, more united global community.

“To achieve this, we’re introducing three Oracle training modules that will empower nominated champions and their committees to deliver targeted projects and initiatives across all our MTC sites. These modules are more than just lessons; they’re opportunities for us to grow, learn, and evolve as a community.

“As we embark on this important journey, remember that every action, every conversation, and every effort contributes to our BIONIC philosophy. We are all key players in shaping an inclusive future, and I know that together, we will make a meaningful impact.

“Thank you for your unwavering commitment to our ‘Better Together’ initiative. The path ahead is bright, and I can’t wait to see the positive changes we’ll bring about through our shared dedication.”
