Franklin Ariel Nunez-Cruz is being held at the IAH Detention Center in Livingston, Texas. He, along with the other detainees held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, will spend an average of 15 days at the facility. During that time, the facility works hard to provide these individuals with the best care possible. Mr. Nunez-Cruz is grateful for the way he’s been treated by the warden, correctional officers, and other staff. He says,

“Here at this unit, they treat us with respect. The chaplain gives us Bibles for free, and we gather and worship God and they allow us to do so. Every time that one of the detainees is ill, medical staff makes sure that we are taken care of. Thank you very much.”
