Dual Dedication at Bluebonnet Detention Center

In Anson, TX at the Bluebonnet Detention Center, two exemplary staff members are making their mark. Meet Judy Dingba & Rosaelena Landeros.

“Ms. Dingba, Since we’ve opened up, she’s had training classes,” explains Deputy Warden Marcello Villegas. “She’s been working pretty hard to ensure that we get staff in place, and ensure that they’re trained properly. Ms. Landeros has also been very, very receptive and open to assisting and training, and grooming the staff. They are both are stand-out employees.”

We asked the women to share their favorite parts of their job.

“The people I work with,” states Rosaelena. “Being able to come in here and serve.” Judy says, “I get to meet new people every day, and I get to facilitate information that’s important for the custody of the detainees and the safety of the staff.”

“Well, there are days that it’s tough, and there are lessons,” continues Rosaelena, “but I think, overall, people get to see the purpose, the goals, and so they work towards it.”  Judy agrees. “Every job has its challenges, but the warden assures us that we have all the things that we need; the tools that we need to do our job.”

MTC is proud to be associated with Judy, Rosaelana and so many people like them who are dedicated staff members working at every MTC operation, making our company what it is.

“They lead by example,” says Deputy Warden Villegas. “They both go the extra mile, and any task assigned to them, they’ll definitely do without question. And they’ll jump right in assist wherever needed.”
