Congressman Sends Motivational Message to Job Corps Students

It’s a time of year when hard work pays off. Years of dedication are bearing fruit at the Earle C Clements Job Corps Academy in Morganfield, Kentucky. As students recently graduated from education and trade programs at the center, they received an unexpected voice of support from Congressman James Comer (R-KY).

“This is Congressman James Comer. And I want to send huge congratulations to all the recent graduates of the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center. I’m a huge fan of the Job Corps center there in Morganfield. I think it’s a tremendous time to be a graduate of that program. Because today, for once in a long time, there is a market for employees looking for a job. And you all will have more opportunities than probably any of the recent graduates in the history of the job corps center. There are jobs available all over America in the programs you have received training and certification. I think you should be very excited; the future is very bright. I want to thank all the staff at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center for the great job that you do in preparing the next generation of workers and leaders in America. And I look forward to hearing great things from this graduating class.”
