He says his experience at Job Corps was amazing.

Because of the training he received at Hartford Job Corps and the CCAT program, Ralstan is now employed by Har-Conn and is a plating operator.

He says, “Anything that adds value to your life is valuable. The program has made my life better than it was before because now I have a life skill trade.”

His life goal is to venture into trading stocks and achieving a degree in civil engineering.

His advice to Job Corps students is to, “Begin with the end in mind and maintain your focus. Remember the reasons why you are here and what you want to achieve from this opportunity.”
