Kemar Smith works hard as a student at the Brooklyn Job Corps Center. He’s one of several students in the certified medical assistant program. He enrolled in the program after doing his homework and learning that Job Corps works.

“I have spoken with a lot of people who have success stories from Job Corps, and it’s been tremendous.”

Kemar will wrap up his studies at the Brooklyn center in summer 2019. From there, he plans to go to college to become a nurse. He says the Job Corps program is a great path for anyone looking to improve their future.

“Job Corps has a lot of opportunities to provide for persons that might be out of school or looking for something at this point of their life.”
