Job Corps should be “Promoted and Funded” says U.S. Congressman from Ohio

Students at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center had the opportunity to meet with U.S. Representative Steve Chabot during his recent visit to the center.

He told students what he believes employers are looking for in future employees: skilled, hard working, and teamplayers.

Congressman Chabot also told the students they are very fortunate to be so highly trained through Job Corps.

“It’s important,” he emphasizes “for everyone in Washington to know that Job Corps is an excellent program which needs to continue to be promoted and funded. I’m highly impressed with the students at the Cincinnati center and the job skills they’re learning.”

Representative Chabot says his visit only reaffirmed the fact that Job Corps is a much needed youth education and training program.
