More than 35 employers, business partners, and others were part of a career fair recently held at the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

“We got a lot of compliments from the employers, colleges, and other partners,” said Jennifer Moore who helps place students in jobs. “They were impressed with the quality of education and training at the center and the students themselves.”

The visitors set up booths to introduce students to job and higher education opportunities after graduation.

Culinary-arts students whipped up some tasty treats for the visitors.

Minneapolis -Saint Paul International Airport Director of Human Resources Amy Rosenthal was extremely impressed with the students’ skill level and professionalism.

“We were so blown away with the culinary students we met that we immediately held campus interviews with 12 of the culinary-arts students.”

All of the students were hired!
