Division: Job Corps
Location: Earle C Clements Job Corps (Morganfield, Kentucky)
Reports to supervisor, food services or designee. Assists the cooks and cook helpers in preparation of student meals in compliance with government and management directives. Perform clean-up and sanitation duties in the food preparation, storage and dish room areas to ensure adequate health standards at all times. Provide adequate supply of food and transfer merchandise ingredients to cooking areas as instructed by the cook or designee. Weigh, measure and mix ingredients as directed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be a completer and ready for work base learning. Must be servsafe certified. Should have aptitude for kitchen-type duties, must dress to comply with sanitation regulations.
