MTC’s Imperial Regional Detention Facility received letters from a detainee, expressing gratitude for how she was treated at the facility.

Rosalina Sucuqui-Perez, of Guatamela, singled out many staff in her generous praise. Rosalina wrote a personal note to Officer Beltran for her patience in working with the detainees throughout the facility.

Rosalina also praised the facility at large.

“You see that the officers respect the rights of the immigrants. I’ll return to my country proud to know this center. Thank you for protecting those who need it. I will remember you forever.”
